I am so thankful to have spent the past year training with Sumair. He has literally changed my life and I’m so grateful for it!! Sumair is the perfect mixture of encouragement and tough love. Sumair is a beast, straight up.

He was my trainer pretty much every day for a 6 month period. During that time, not only did I become present to new levels of physical and mental capability far beyond what I had previously tapped into, I also attained an off-the-charts level of fitness that exceeded anything I had ever experienced before.

Sessions with Sumair are fun, engaging, enlightening, and super challenging. He'll gently yet confidently invite and guide you to step slightly beyond your edge during each session, and because of this, you'll constantly progress and expand. For me, being someone who is intensely committed to realizing more and more of my infinite potential, this was perfect. There are no plateaus with Sumair, and if by rare chance there happens to be one, he'll help you move beyond it and explode through to your next level.

The best thing of all about having Sumair as your trainer, however, is that he'll be so much more than just your trainer. He'll be your champion... one of your closest friends as you progress on your journey toward total well-being.  He truly cares about his clients, and his heart-centered, deeply aligned intent can be felt from the moment you meet him. 

If you're ready to start training with an amazing individual who will masterfully guide you to your next level of fitness and well being, both mental and physical, then I can't recommend Sumair enough. He's really something special.

Sumair is an excellent personal trainer. I only had 20 sessions with him over a couple months while I could afford it, but in that short time learned so much.  I learned things that would help me be successful on my own.  He taught me everything from how muscles work to nutrition and lifestyle concepts. Sumair knows it all!

The workouts Sumair will put you through are tough but fun.  He has a huge index of exercises. There are some that you won't find in exercise books. I did some of the sessions with my friend, and Sumair was able to create exercises to keep us accountable during the workout. It was challenging, but, if you are dedicated to your health, Sumair will get you the results you want.  

Before training with Sumair, I had no idea what kind of foods I was putting into my body.  I didn't consider myself healthy at the time, and had no idea the damage I was actually doing to my body.  He taught me how to find out how much food my body needs, what kinds of food are suitable for me, and what best suits my lifestyle and exercise regimen. Without this knowledge I wouldn't be where I am today.

Training with Sumair changed my life, the way I perceived health, the relationship I have with food, and the relationship I have with my body.  I place a huge focus on what I eat now to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients throughout the day (which is one of the most important things I took away from my time with him).  I make sure to go to the gym often and now I know how to push myself and get the best results suited for me.
